Using our Online Buyback System is FASTER and EASIER than ever before. Just select the game and click your way through the online process. At the end you'll receive a order confirmation page, just include a copy of this page with your games in the package you send us and you're done!

When using our Online Buyback System, you can check the status of your buyback transaction 24 hours a day. No need to call or E-Mail us. Just go to the Order Tracking section in your Account. You're still free to call or E-Mail us concerning your buyback, but keep in mind that we use the same system to check on your transaction that's available to you. The only time you'll need to contact us is if there is a problem with your transaction. If there is a problem with your transaction, it will be indicated under "Current Status" of your transaction.

Instructions for completing your online buyback transaction will be included on your confirmation page. As long as we receive your package by the date stated on your confirmation page, your transaction will be processed with the prices stated on your confirmation page. If we receive your package after the date stated on your confirmation page, your transaction will be processed at the prices on our Online Buyback System for the day we received your package.

PLEASE NOTE: The prices found in our Online Buyback System are only valid if the buyback process is completed and a order number is issued. Your shipment must be addressed with the order number as instructed on the confirmation page.

You must be at least 16 years old to sell any merchandise to Get-Games.com. If you are not at least 16 years old, please have a parent or guardian process the transaction for you.

We reserve the right to inspect all merchandise before purchasing or paying for it. If on inspection we discover the merchandise to be damaged or defective, we will not be required to complete the purchase or pay for it.

We reserve the right to refuse the purchase of any item for any reason we deem to be in the interest of Get-Games.com or the public.

Upon request we make all information collected during the buying transaction available to law enforcement agencies.

Any failure by a Get-Games.com member to comply with these terms and conditions may result in Get-Games.com canceling membership and not accepting any subsequent trade or sale offers.

Please Note: We cannot accept defective games (Defective games received will be returned at a charge of $1.50 per item). Boxes and instructions are desired but not required.
